Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (CPACE) is a financing mechanism that allows commercial property owners to fund energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements through a long-term, fixed-rate assessment on their property.

Unlike traditional loans, CPACE financing requires no personal guarantees, doesn't appear on your balance sheet as debt, and can be repaid over terms of up to 30 years.
